How long have you been doing what you do and how did you get to be a mindset first Neuroentrepreneurship Coach?
To answer this question, it’s probably best that I share with you a defining moment and resulting “compelling story” that brought me to where I am today, coaching people like you on exactly what to do to start and grow your soul-led coaching business and become the entrepreneur with an unstoppable mindset who makes to 8k per month (6-figures per year) and always achieves massive, lasting transformation for your clients.
That defining moment in my life happened in early 2004. A few months earlier I had graduated as a Neuroscientist (specialising in neuroplasticity) and had been working in London with autistic children and studying homeopathy. I knew I always wanted to be my own boss and I was really not loving the city life. (I’m a complete nature lover.) So I quit my corporate job and headed up to the beautiful Lake District where I started a private practice in my living room. I got a few clients right away, but not as many as I needed to pay the mortgage and no where near match my previous salary.
A few months later I hit a quarter life crisis. I had got so desperate I decided that I had to go and get another job. I went to the job centre, feeling like a total failure, and completely embarrassed that I had not succeeded. I told the agent I was a qualified neuroscientist. He laughed, said they had nothing like that on the books and offered me some waitressing jobs instead. I had waitressed all through school and university and I knew two things. Firstly, I still wouldn’t be able to pay my mortgage on waitress wages and secondly, I was desperate to have my own business because of the freedom I knew it would give me and that I could make as much money as I wanted to. I knew in my soul it was my life path.
I took a deep breath, thanked the agent for the offer and told him I actually wanted to be my own boss but I had tried and failed, I needed help and was there anything they knew of to help.
He smiled and said ‘Yes, there’s funding for women to start their own business, it pays for time with a mentor.” Excellent, I had asked and the universe had answered.
Within a week I began my training sessions. Looking back on what I now know it was basic and even then a little dated. However, I worked hard, implemented everything and was a good student (as usual). However, I added my own secret sauce that was never mentioned in the training. MINDSET & NEUROPLASTICITY. I knew all about the brain, I knew what happens when we believe things (even though they may not be true), how our thoughts affect us, how our brains are programmed and how to re-programme them to meet our goals and achieve our success.
This worked so well that at the end of my training my mentor invited me to join his team and train to be a business consultant and work on business start-ups, growing 6-figure companies to 7-figures and sadly at times getting asked to help wind up businesses.
Two years later the government funded contract ran out and so took the opportunity to work for myself, this time as co-founder of my own business consultancy. From day one the clients were supported with a mindset first, brain science backed business coaching, and those who implemented mindset, skill set and action set sky-rocketed their business - filled with ideal clients, letting nothing get in their way (mainly their belief about themselves) and doing the work they loved without overwhelm.
I have since made a commitment to dedicate the rest of my professional life to helping other women take their knowledge and skills and turn their expertise into a thriving business where they have the time freedom and financial abundance they deserve by getting ideal clients, work on their ‘unstoppable mindset’ and start and grow their businesses to 10k per month via my premium programmes The Neuro-Business Academy and The Empowered Mind Method.

What happens if you haven’t yet worked with people in my field?
I have worked with hundreds of clients in a wide scope of “independent” coaching niches. Most likely I have worked with people in your niche. Yet, I have to share with you that if I haven’t, you are not at a disadvantage, quite the contrary.
Here’s why: people in your field are probably ALL doing the same things in their business and I’m guessing getting the same results and holding themselves back in exactly the same way. I’ll guess this creates a lot of repetition and hitting self-imposed glass ceilings. What my clients have found exceedingly helpful is that I bring an extremely fresh perspective to their existing business or the one they want to begin. What I teach in The Empowered Mind programmes are resources they’d never heard of in their field. Because of this, they stand out in their niche or marketplace.
How are you different from other “business coaches?”
I’m proud to say i’ve been called The Business Brain Whisperer and the UK’s #1 Neuroentrepreneurship Coach.
I began my business coaching career with a really strong background and qualifications in Business Consulting and also running a successful business in health and wellness. My style is mindset led, brain-science backed business coaching. I lead with the thing that stops 97% of women in business in their tracks and or sends them back to the 9-5 job - MINDSET.
I teach you mindset, skill set and action set techniques so you fill your business or practice quickly without stress and overwhelm and you have me as an expert and consultant.
I now ONLY work with online coaches and experts, but from a variety of niches who are desiring to grow their business to £100k per year. In other words, I don’t consult with people in mid-sized companies or large corporations and I’m not a Jill-of-all-trades-coach. I refer those businesses to other coaches. What that means to you is that I am very focused on anything and everything that works for the solopreneur who is starting and growing their business to 6-figures. Because my focus is very narrow, what you get with me is no-nonsense, undiluted expertise on what works for independent professionals. The Neuro-Business Academy trainings are provided to support you for the next 3-5 years of business.
Being a high-achieving, educated, go-getter myself, I’m known to work best with other high-achieving, educated, go-getters who are super-ready to begin and just want to know exactly what steps to take to start or grow their coaching business to 8k per month. However, having said that I am also an introvert and I love teaching 1:1 in my programmes and VIP days, and because of this I also attract people who like the hands on, intimate touch support.

Please know I’m very selective in who I work with and I cherry-pick my clients, choosing to (gently) turn away people who aren’t suited for my programmes and won’t get the results for which they would have signed up for. (It wouldn’t be fair to them.)

2. The Empowered Mind Method
Is for - people who have an existing business but who are not reaching the financial level they desire and know they need to work on their mindset. This is for business owners ready to get outside their comfort zone and is a 100% mindset based programme that incorporates the latest neuroscience training techniques to help you reach your next big goal and truly think embody the mindset of a multi 6-figure and 7 figure business owner.
Is for - Consultants and experts who want to add neuroscience-backed mindset work into their existing medical practice.

Is not for - self-employed people who are just starting out in business and don’t yet have consistent systems in place. For these people the appropriate programme is The Neuro-Business Academy
Another type of person I won’t work with (without exception) is the whiner or the chronic skeptic, as well as individuals who consistently make excuses for not getting their assignments done or challenging every aspect of the programme. If you are one of these people, I gently and respectfully ask that you not call and I hope you understand why. We’ll probably just not work well together and I wouldn’t want you to waste your time or money. Is that fair?

1. Get some money coming in with a full-time or part-time job at the very least, and then call me. This will take the edge off and provide a little more peace of mind. Mostly, it will de-clutter your mind enough to focus on The Empowered Mind assignments and the BIG picture. Once you start seeing the clients come in regularly as a result of our work, you can then start reducing the hours you work at that other job and focus on your own practice.

Can you tell me more about your signature programme The Neuro-Business Academy and what it includes?
Mindset. Starting and growing a soul-led coaching business always begins with the belief that you can do this and that you will be successful. There are so many things that hold new and growing entrepreneurs back and they include self-belief, discomfort around sales and feeling sleazy around sales, imposter syndrome, cognitive resonance (your conscious beliefs do not match your sub-conscious beliefs, your money block and stories and this is why mindset runs strongly throughout all aspects of the programme. You will learn how to erase old beliefs through synaptic pruning and how to rewire you brain for success. Then once you have learned these to can use them in your own practice with your own coaching clients.
Your client profile. Together, we will find out exactly who your ideal clients are: the WHO, WHAT, WHY, HOW of what makes YOU their problem-solver, what they struggle with and what problem you can solve for them so as well as the best ways to reach them in large numbers and inexpensively.
Make client attraction a priority. We examine when in the day (and how) you are making time for marketing, make room in your schedule, prioritise your daily task lists, schedule in follow up time, put a pause on non-essential “leaks” in your marketing bucket, so you can fully invest yourself in growing your business. We then cluster your client days, business development days and days off so that you make the most of every minute you have. Essentially, we clear the decks for what’s most important.
We also construct your compelling marketing message including tagline and elevator speech that grabs attention, making people call YOU as opposed to you chasing after THEM.
Strategise your unique positioning. We will examine exactly where you are positioned your niche, what your “compelling story” is, what will motivate prospective clients to work with you, what makes your services unique (NeuroCoaching will be one), who your competitors are, what makes you different from them. We will also spend time with figuring out what you offer specifically in terms of results and benefits to clients.
The Perfect Package. We take what you know and do. We take stock of your services and expertise, what you offer, what you know and turn these into irresistible programmes, packages and systems that make prospective clients sit up, take notice and want to work with you. We also look at positioning, how to price your offerings so they sell themselves and bring you more money than you’re currently making.
Create PULL marketing materials. Here, we will have you see that it doesn’t work to PUSH your services and get you to start PULLING your clients in with specific materials and techniques that REALLY SPEAK to them.
Get out there in a BIG way. We will share with you the crucial know-like-and-trust-factor and start educating your environment and personal advocates in how to send you referrals. We will also examine everything you need to do to get out there getting clients and to stop hiding behind your desk.
Create your Marketing Circle. We will spend considerable time “fishing where the fish are” and putting together an extremely specific plan to reach your ideal clients, using your compelling marketing message, and do this easily and inexpensively. This includes referrals systems, networking and strategic alliances. Once that plan is in place and running smoothly, we will add different marketing arms to it to increase your client base consistently.
Become a master of Closing the sale. It won’t serve you to put so much effort into trying to start and grow your business if you don’t know how to close the sale properly and feel good about it. Here, we take you step-by-very-specific-step through the Sales Superstar Close that wins them over almost every time. This step alone will start making you more money than you’re making now.
Implement systems for consistent action and results There is never a time you will stop marketing completely–unless you want to not have clients. The good news is, we will implement true systems to make sure it’s never time-consuming or full of effort. The systems we put in place will almost run by themselves and soon, you will be literally picking up the phone and signing on new clients you didn’t even know.
These are the steps that I’ve created after working with independent service professionals over the last decade to help them attract all the business they needed.

How quickly can I expect results?
Obviously, this depends on how long you’ve been in business and how much work you put into the mindset work and modules that I give you. That said, virtually all clients see results within the programme duration in the form of new clients or new prospects, clients who stay longer, more revenue, turning more prospects into paying clients and more referrals from these clients.
How can I guarantee myself that this will work?
Do all of your assignments and all of the mindset work, be consistent and show up to the coaching calls. Be totally focused on starting and growing your coaching business and expect great things even when you can not yet see them.
Understand that being your own boss is not a quick fix or overnight success. It’s not magic and it takes up to a year for you to plant all the seeds and for those seeds to grow into the fruit that you can enjoy. Will I recover the investment I put into this coaching programme?
